Betty (Elizabeth) Green, above and at left, was the original KooKoo the Bird Girl, also known as Molina the Pinhead. Minnie Woolsley, right, (aka Minnie Ha Ha in the circus) got the billing as Koo Koo in the movie Freaks (Tod Browning, 1932) while Betty Green had to settle for Bird Girl.

Betty Green was a physically normal woman, but with unusual features. Dressed up as a freak, she toured with Barnum and Bailey.
